These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you", or "your") and vcity33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://vcity33.cam and all associated services, products, games, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

"Platform" / "vcity33"
The online gaming and sports betting platform operated at https://vcity33.cam, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services available to registered users.
"Player" / "User"
Any individual who has registered a valid account on the Platform and is participating in any game, betting activity, or promotional offer made available therein.
"Account"
The individual player account created upon successful registration, through which the Player accesses the Services, manages deposits and withdrawals, and participates in gaming activity.
"Real Money Balance"
Funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method (e.g., Maybank, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet) that are available for gameplay and withdrawal subject to applicable conditions.
"Bonus Balance"
Promotional credits or free bet funds awarded to a Player under specific promotional terms, subject to wagering requirements and withdrawal restrictions as set out in the relevant promotion's terms.
"Wagering Requirement"
The total amount a Player must wager (bet) before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 15x means betting fifteen times the bonus value).
"KYC"
Know Your Customer — the mandatory identity verification process that may be required by the Platform before processing withdrawals or as part of regulatory compliance obligations.
"Services"
All products and features offered through vcity33, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, online slots, sports betting, football betting, crash games, promotions, VIP programmes, and customer support.
Use of the vcity33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the Services:

vcity33 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a Player to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures. This may include, but is not limited to, submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Winnings may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of verification.
vcity33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account without prior notice if the Platform determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, provided false information during registration, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if the Platform is required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.
All financial transactions on the vcity33 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. vcity33 does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.
Currency Note: All transactions are processed in MYR. Where a payment provider applies a conversion, the exchange rate used shall be that of the payment provider at the time of the transaction. vcity33 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
vcity33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which are published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and this Agreement, the individual promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that specific offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vcity33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in reports being made to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content available on the vcity33 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, video content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vcity33 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of vcity33.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vcity33 and its directors, employees, affiliates, technology partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While vcity33 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from unavailability of the Service.
vcity33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.
By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and communication of relevant promotional offers where you have opted to receive such communications.
vcity33 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the terms of our operating licences.
